The DVR website is the website of a clinical research site in Roseville, California, that conducts clinical research studies and connects members of the community with studies they may qualify for. For example, our study interest forms are processed by FormDr, a HIPAA-compliant platform that operates under a Business Associate Agreement with DVR, and our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to DVR, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
DVR may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on DVR or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of DVR; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of DVR, or the public.
