Maria is a Clinical Research Coordinator at DaVinci Research. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Spanish from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Her interest in clinical research initially evolved from her previous healthcare work experience as a surgery coordinator and her passion of working with patients. Her previous experience in retinal clinical research and analgesic clinical research further developed her passion in medical science research with the goal of bringing better treatment outcomes to patients. 

Maria enjoys working towards advancing medical knowledge through clinical trials. In her free time, she enjoys collecting vinyls, reading, watching movies, and discovering new places and fun places with her husband.
